I needed to replace the rotten support beams and floor joists and encapsulate my crawlspace due to unmanaged moisture/humidity in the crawlspace. Called up a a few companies that do crawlspace repair/encapsulation and Dave gave me the best personal impression and, by far, the best price around. He is also local to Pocono area. He took his time to explain the full scope of work to be done and explained how long the job will take to complete. One of the huge benefits of hiring Dave was the fact that he can do all the plumbing and electrical work that needed to be done in order to complete the project. We were having structural issues with a portion of the house that had exterior vertical supports and found Dave after a through search. He came out on a Saturday to review the work and had a written quote to me by Monday. He and his team did a great job on the work and it exceeded my expectations.
