I had a similar experience to Jane. When I picked up my glasses I told the optician they felt tight, she was not interested in adjusting them. So after a week I stopped at another place to have the glasses adjusted. This technician noticed that the progressive lens were not properly placed and the left lens was rotated. I was wondering why my I was having trouble seeing clearly. I plan to return to have this problem fixed but I do not have confidence that they will do it correctly.

They made reading glasses for me using the prescription of one of their eye doctors. When I went to another optical shop they read the prescription and said it is total not what the doctor wrote, which was the reason I could not read using them. Terrible place.
