I'm currently on hold. So far 32 minutes. I guess they are just hoping I'll hang up. At this point I'm going to put it on speakerphone and go about my business and see how long they leave me on hold. Dr Scot Melnick was fantastic. Ever since he's retired they have had a revolving door of doctors. A few have been very good but then they are gone. I loved the 25+ years I had with Dr Scott. I miss him and his professionalism, caring and knowledge so very much!!

I love my Dr. here. She is empathetic and knowledgeable and answers all my questions. If this were a rating of Dr. Muhammad, then 5 stars to her.

It's the infrastructure that is subpar, and will cause me to switch practices. It's hard to get through to them, their answering service can't actually offer any useful services, and their acquisition by Einstein doesn't improve things when they aren't fully integrated into the portal.

Hire more help, improve customer experiences, make it easier for me to give you my money.

Every time I call to make an appointment I’m on hold for an hour or more or the call disconnects and I have to call back to try and make another appointment. Doctors are nice but poorly managed center.
