Pella Windows & Doors of Plymouth Meeting

Jenna came to my house to give me an estimate on windows. She was extremely professional, and I felt like I was speaking to an expert. She knew her product inside and out and was very confident which made me feel comfortable moving forward with our plan!!!

Our Pella windows were just installed yesterday and we could not be happier. Everyone we worked with from the Plymouth Meeting office- Geoff, Ron and Brian- were just great! They were very patient with us as we made our decisions about style, features and number of windows to replace. The measuring and preparation process was very thorough as well. We have a 100yo home and many of the existing exterior window sills needed replacing. This was all explained and calculated before ordering. The sales rep, Jenna Batt, was so, so wonderful. After a difficult, lengthy, and pushy meeting with another company days before, I was not looking forward to obtaining another quote and thought to forgo replacing my almost 70-year-old windows. Jenna knows how to talk to people effectively and secure the job in a pleasant, personal, and informative experience.
