Do not use Motto Mortgage, super shady deals, lied to me, and even forced me to pay expedited underwriting fees, to just come to find out that they never even processed my loan correctly. Douglas McCrea Jr. Was the ring leader of most of the lies and delegated his workings off to many, like Dotti Burdsall. But in the end they lied and did not provide the services you wld ask for or expect. Please whatever you do, do not do business with these people.
