Our family used the services of James Buggy Plumbing when the present owner's father ran the company and we continue to use them today. They have always done a very good job for us at a fair price. We would recommend them.

I called James Buggy to help with a toilet issue and test my backflow device. Due to a few miscommunications on availability and timing we were unable to find a time for him to come. He proceeded to leave me a voicemail telling me to stop "fu**ing crying" and calling me a "bit**" because he called me at 8:15am on a saturday morning and woke me up...and i told him that was an inappropriate time to call someone on a weekend. He then continued that after he was mistakenly sent a text saying that we no longer needed his services (text was sent to him accidentally - meant to be sent to the other plumber I was talking to) by sending me threatening text messages... read full review
