Excellent brow services! Very skilled and friendly staff. Always minimal wait time and a great experience.The only reason I awarded 3 stars is because the cleanliness level needs improvement. The employees don’t wipe down the seats/head rests on the chairs between clients, and they don’t sanitize their hands or tools between customers, even after touching the register/money.
Multiple times I have come to Browbar and they have been closed with no explanation. I would wait until 11:45 when they say their hours are 11-7 just to leave because no one showed up. This time when I came the gate was actually open but there was no one at the store and I could not find anyone. It is frustrating when I am coming here specifically for Browbar and they are either not open or I have to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up for them to spend 3 minutes on my eyebrows.
I’ve been going to brow bar for awhile now they never disappoint, I don’t play about my brows !! Today I had Jen she did so good I don’t like my eyebrows thin she cleaned them up so good and didn’t take a lot of hair away ! Thank you Jen :)
