She was helpful in getting me there as well since the GPS (Google Maps) is't exactly right. If you pass the park (on your left) You've gone about 1/4 mile too far and if you're coming from the other direction, you'll pass the park on your right, keep an eye out on your right hand side for the salon and J's auto. “Allison did my mom's hair \\u0026 lashes, my sister's hair, my best friend's hair \\u0026 makeup, and my hair \\u0026 makeup for my wedding - all by herself, in one morning, and did a fantastic job! I had gone to her for a trial for my hair. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind, and she adapted it to my very thick, very heavy hair, which is not at all easy to work with. I asked her to make some tweaks for the wedding day, and on the day, when she finished with my hair and I wasn't totally convinced, she kept making tweaks until I was 100% happy. So accommodating and patient! She did a beautiful job with our makeup and everyone else's hair looked beautiful, too. We were all very happy. Allison is so sweet and wonderful to work with. “This is a no frills place, but it's the best massage I've ever had. She was recommended to me when I was having a lot of tension in my upper body, between my shoulders and in my neck. It had gotten so bad my arms and fingers were starting to tingle. She knew exactly what I was dealing with, and he really helped alleviate the tension. I go to him often now whenever I feel it coming back. This isn't a place to get super pampered and spend all day hanging out in a robe drinking wine and tea, if you're looking for that go elsewhere. But if you're looking for specific help with muscle tension, tightness and pain and for an expert massage, I recommend this place and Amit hands down. They're also very easy to work with and schedule an appointment. Also, I think an hour for is very reasonable, especially considering I actually feel like it made a difference for my muscle tension vs other massages that are nice and relaxing but don't actually help with my issues.
