“10/10 if you are looking for something to do with the kids and not really ready to expose your family to the indoor activity germs ( our immune systems need a break) go to SolSpace and book the salt cave for the fam! it was about $70 but I consider it an investment in our health rather than an expense! The salt cave is basically a big sensory bin. We brought cups and spoon and scoops and poured for 45 minutes. I laid back and relaxed while kids played freely. Monster truck will be coming with us next time“

Both are extremely professional and always ask if there are any areas that need more attention due to extra pain or discomfort. I try to get a massage monthly because the consistency is helping with the pain in my lower back and shoulders. Leslie always listens to if I need more pressured applied to ensure a deeper massage. “This is a wonderful studio. I attend the Sunday 10am beginner class with Mark and the Wednesday 6pm Sivananda class with Virginia weekly. I took yoga at an Iyengar studio in Minneapolis for a couple of years and have been searching for someplace since we moved back to Pgh. I took a couple of classes at Yoga on Centre (which is wonderful) but I feel like Mark's style of teaching is more accessible. He does a wonderful job emphasizing self-care and encouraging mindfulness of each movement. Virginia is also wonderful. I strongly recommend going out of your way to check out this studio in Aspinwall.“
