My daughter Maya attends Contraguerro Martial Arts School. This is a real authentic martial arts school, not a chain school where you can buy your way to a black belt. You will learn discipline and techniques to defend yourself. Jeff Contraguerro is the owner and lead instructor. His son Daniel is the other instructor, they both are very knowledgeable and work very well with children.They not only teach martial arts but also lessons about life that will allow them to become better people. My son started taking classes here about 8 months ago. After seeing how much he enjoys it, I joined a couple of months ago, as well. They have students of all ages, ranging from beginners, like myself and my son, to very talented advanced black belt students and instructors. It's a family owned school with talented, caring, knowledgeable instructors, and is more than reasonably priced for a family budget, even if you have multiple family members taking classes.
