To say we are happy to be a part of the CMA family/community is an understatement. Mr. Jeff & Mr. Daniel do an amazing job of teaching and inspiring their students. Within a few short months, my now 6 year old daughter has gained so much confidence and focus/attentiveness. And please - don't let yourself stop at the notion that this place is just for kids. I joined in September 2020 as an adult, looking to find something uplifting and empowering for myself in this crazy world... to be a part of such a supportive, positive, and encouraging group of people - it was everything I was looking for and more! Their martial arts classes will help you feel stronger and safer, and if a weekly regimen is not for you, then I highly recommend you at least take advantage of their close-range weapon defense seminars. Offered every 6 weeks or so, these classes are full of incredibly helpful information, feuled by the the passion of teaching people how to stay aware and protect themselves. Mr. Jeff & Mr. Daniel are extremely helpful and informative - and willing to teach all levels of experience. Everyone will feel welcome in the safe and positive environment they have created. I guarantee, if you join in on anything offered by CMA, you will NOT be disappointed. In fact, you just may surprise yourself at how much you will gain and grow. We love Mr.Jeff and his school! He went above and beyond doing zoom meetings so his students would continue to learn through covid19. Highly recommended!
