Terrible customer service. Arrived to inquire about care of my rugs. Business stated I needed to make an appointment and to come back at this time. Drove back and no answer and door was locked. Have tried twice since then leaving messages for an appointment and business will not return my calls. Going elsewhere to somewhere more dependable.

Doug's service was incredible- our very large rug looks like it is brand new! He even delivered it back to our home and helped us set it up under the piano!
