This man is horribly unprofessional and is completely unqualified. He entered my apartment and had the gaul to start yelling at me because i was unsatisfied with his work. He admittedly uses faulty equipment and has absolutely no professionalism. I was explaining to him that I felt like something more needed to be done and he started to raise his voice at me in my own apartment. Absolute scum behavior.
