“We made an appointment with M&M easily over the phone, and we received a text message with the appointment details. We then received a text the day of the appointment that Tom was on his way. Tom and Roberto came and were very professional, and did a great job cleaning our oil furnace. They explained to us everything that they did and then gave us a good referral to have someone come check out our chimney which needed to be cleaned as they had advised. The 2nd time they came to check a problem and advised us to wait and see, asking for no payment after being here for half an hour. They're back again, checking a leak, and it's great to have a competent plumber you can trust, and they pay attention to their customers.“
