Working with Zen Windows in Pittsburgh was very easy. They are online based so there are no pushy sales people coming to your house. Quotes are attractive and they are responsive with questions. Would definitely recommend working with Zen or at least adding them to your quote collection (should get 3-5 for any large job like this). The price was by far the best of the 4 quotes I got.The process itself was smooth and painless, from start to finish was about 1 month, install was 3 hours for 10 windows. Amazing job! No long sales pitch just great work. Dave & Deb communicated with us throughout the process letting us know when our custom windows were due in from the manufacturer. They installed one sliding glass patio door and five windows for us. They were very patient with allThe changes and questions we had throughout. John and his crew had everything installed in one afternoon. They cleaned up so wellyou couldn’t even tell they were here, even swept in places they didn’t mess up! We could not be more satisfied and while we had several other quotes, their pricing was the best.Would use again! Thanks!
