I purchased a Kazak Caucasian rug from Woven Rug Gallery, and the experience was overall a pleasant one. I received the rug 2 business days after I ordered it, and I love the rug which was as pictured. Mr. Farhad Akar was very accommodating and kind, and the price was reasonable. I chose to buy from this shop after weeks of internet search because it seemed decent and authentic. And indeed I am very happy with the entire transaction.

Farhad is a miracle worker. He took our 47 year old carpet and made it look new! Most of all , he treated us like family.We have never had better service anywhere!There are not enough stars for him! The BEST!

I had a nice Persian run and an okay Chinese runner cleaned by WRG. They were a pleasure to work with. Everything was friendly and professional. I brought the rug to the store and they brought it back to my home. They fixed one corner of the Persian rug that was coming undone. Definitely recommend.
