We haven't used Ryan Williams for our accounting for a few years because I have been doing our now simple return myself. On Friday I received a letter from the PA Dept. Of Revenue that there was an issue. I emailed Ryan, it is Monday and he already fixed it. He never asked for a dime. It was a mistake on PA's part. He is dependable and skilled. I will use him again and highly recommend him.
Ryan is so knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to be helpful. He also is able to explain complex topics (ahem, taxes) in a way that is clear and concise, but also doesn't make you feel dumb. I've chatted with other accountants in the past and felt more confused after asking them questions. Thankfully, that isn't the case here.I have a small business and work a few W-2 and 1099 jobs.
