Jake and Steve came out and got right to work. They had to pull every non-working outlet and switch on the circuit. Honestly, I thought they would not find the issue-but they did! A bare wire was touching a metal box and causing the problem. I was relieved to have it fixed.

K-Plumbing picked up my work order; the gentleman named Richard called me and was the only one that could come over on short notice (same day) with my water being off to the whole house and all. Gave me a great estimate up front. Despite finding another leak further down the pipeline due to a bad/old soldering job, he fixed that as well with no extra charge to me. Not only did they do good work, they were respectful and cleaned everything when they finished each time they were here. Naz took care of everything, even when we needed a roofer for the vent and electrician to move the plugs. Nick, who did the finishing in the shower and around the shower and put the shower doors on, was personable and made sure we were satisfied with everything before he left.
