I messed up by accidentally scheduling my eye appointment at a different office. They were still able to see AND my daughter, who was a walk in. They have always been kind and they are very helpful. The Dr is awesome and he doesn't give me a hard time as I refuse the glaucoma test...I just cannot handle a puff of air on my eye...freaks me out. This location and Visionworks Downtown Pgh are both professional, kind, folks and I recommend either office

Customer service was outstanding. The person who waited on me was kind and made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about everything. Connected me with discounts as well.
