“These guys were so amazing. I took in a stray cat which was injured so they were able to see me same day. They were very efficient and honest every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable and educated me on his various test results. We do have a regular vet but they were booked and actually recommended me here and I’m glad they did. These guys also were very understanding of the fact that I would most likely be following up with my regular vet but they kept the door open and stated that they were always available if my vet isn’t which I truly appreciated. I have multiple fur babies so if anything happens again and my vet isn’t available I will without a doubt be going here! I also LOVED the exam room - super home-like with a couch, TV, kitty toys, and even litter box.“

“VERY CARING PLACE. TOOK OUR MARLEY IN TODAY AND SHE WAS SEEN BY DR AARON. HE WALKED IN AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF OUR DOG WITHIN SECONDS AND DROPPED DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND SAT TO RELEAVE ANY STRESS THAT SHE HAD. She got an exam and two medications and the whole thing was only $190. I will probably start coming here with my other animals.“

“We had our pups at Pampurred Paws Hotel inside Greenfield Vet. The staff are fantastic and really love the dogs. While they are not always on top of communicating with us, the care they provide is exceptional.

We also love the Veterinary Hospital. Everyone works hard to make sure the animals are cared for. Scheduling is easy and I have been able to get "squeezed in" for issues.“

“In the wee hours of Saturday morning two weeks ago, our beloved 16-year-old dog suffered an abrupt downturn. She was crying and shaking, and it was clear that our brave girl had reached the end of her road. Our regular vet wasn't open, so we called Rivers. When we brought her in, everyone was careful and compassionate. Everyone from the staff at the desk to the nurses and doctor who eased her final passage explained exactly what to expect and treated us with respect. They gave us the kindness and clarity we needed at a difficult moment. They were gentle with our dear Willow and gave her a loving, peaceful send-off. We had to wait for a bit after we first arrived, but that's to be expected with an emergency vet. They never tried to rush us and they gave us space to grieve. These are thoughtful professionals who love animals.“

“Dr. Bebko is a legend in our house. He is so talented and cares so deeply about the cats and what is best for them. He doesn't upsell pet owners on a lot of tests and treatments that the cats don't genuinely need. Dr. Hughes is absolutely the same way. We have been going here for years. I see the comments about administrative staff being iffy; I am happy to say that is no longer the case. Two paws up!“

“This review is based on only my first visit. So, I will update as time passes. I lost my last cat due to severe cancer that was missed by my previous vet due to neglect or ignorance (long story, but at the ER they could feel and see the massive tumor ravaging her.) I decided to adopt someone new and needed a new vet. My guy is tolerant of change more than average as a former stray, but the first vet we attempted still scared him and was very rough and unnecessarily short. I got worried that this would affect him in future visits as my last cat was terrified of vets and the car. PHPH was so nice from start to finish. My cat didn't make a sound or even struggle. The tech and Dr did very well handling and examining him. He obviously wasn't happy about it, what cat loves travel and strangers holding them? But he was way more chill. They seemed very informed and were fast and efficient.

I hope that this means good things for care down the line. I've decided that this will be his new vet for now. The front desk staff was also great.“
