“Came here at 8:30am on a Thursday morning for an ear infection. The wait in the waiting room was on the longer side (20-25 minutes?), but then everything moved very quickly. The nurse practitioner, Rilan, was courteous and friendly, and within 5 minutes he had figured out the problem and written out a prescription. Some of the other reviews here say this place is slow, but that wasn't my experience on this weekday morning“

“I went here yesterday for the first time after my insurance changed. I don't understand the negativity. It was good from start to finish. Registration was quick and easy. I then got called and a very helpful front desk person finished things up and gave me some very useful info as new "customer". The nurse practitioner was very kind and had a great bedside manner. I had some sutures that needed removed from my scalp. It looked like it would be a complex suture removal, but he breezed through it.<br>My experience here was 10 times better than ones I have had a med express.“
