The Salon at Ulta Beauty provides a variety of services, from haircuts and color to brow waxing and lash extensions. Knowledgeable and friendly staff provide excellent customer service. Staff are attentive and collaborative, thoroughly explaining services and walking customers through the store to help them find everything. They are extremely friendly and take extra care, providing a relaxing and great experience that relieves a lot of stress.
I wrote a review about a hair stylist 3 years ago that was not accurate. She tried to fix my hair that was already damaged. I did not like the color I picked and was done over. I blamed her for the damage. The only complaint is when she offered me a free oil treatment in the color, it wasn't used. I hope she is doing well. Sorry If I caused any harm with your job. I was wrong.
I recently booked a Signature Curl Cut and a scalp treatment with Lena, and I couldn’t be more impressed! This was my first time receiving a service from her, and she was absolutely phenomenal.
Before beginning, Lena evaluated my scalp and thoroughly explained the purpose of the scalp treatment. Together, we decided that it wasn’t necessary for me at that time. I really appreciated her honesty and professionalism—she wasn’t trying to upsell me just for the sake of it, which immediately built my trust.

I went in with a list of things I didn’t know where anything was. Erica specifically walked me through the store and helped me find everything. Even other employees helped if there was a tricky find or simply to help out. The cashier was extremely friendly even though I had two separate checks and was thorough in their process. Overall, I personally had a great experience and they relieved a lot of stress to find the items.
