Todd and his crew did a great job with rebuilding my front steps. They were originally deemed unstable during my home inspection, and he was able to come ASAP, dig out the steps and rebuild them. He has many connections and relationships with other tradesman (I.e. the structural engineer we needed), so any job you need, he can find someone and get the job done quickly and reasonably priced.We literally couldn’t have purchased the house without him. We bought a rental property last year and used Todd’s Certifed Home Repairs as our general contractor. We are so impressed with his team and their quality of work. They came out and inspected the property. Gave us some suggestions on what to do and what not to do. Promptly gave us a quote and we were off to the races. Todd’s Certified and his team showed up every day, on time and went above and beyond our expectations. They even helped us with finishes and made sure we were involved every step of the way.
