This team was hired to install a new AC unit. They were prompt to the appointment, worked diligently throughout the installation process, and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. We appreciate their (Dylan and Russ) attention to detail in fitting new duct work, welding, and ability to quickly install the unit.

Excellent service. Reputable and well priced. Definitely will be using Todd Peterson Heating and Cooling again. I always assume that a company will try to rip me off and I was pleasantly surprised when I found one that didn’t even try too. The technician was friendly and informative. We have used Peterson ever since we moved back to the area.A shout out to Julie in Customer Service. She called me an hour before our scheduled service time to let me know that the tech who was doing our checkup was running ~an hour late. Sounds like a small thing, but in these days of flipping a coin to guess whether a service provider will show up at all, or even close to a scheduled time, this is awesome.I'm sure that there are many great HVAC techs in the area. Excellent customer service is is a great way to differentiate her company. Thx Julie
