We just put a bid in for a home and this company did the inspection. We were extremely impressed by their thoroughness in their review of the house. Russ was excellent and I would use them again.

Russell is in very high demand, and I wasn't certain I'd be able to schedule an inspection with him. Three close friends, including future neighbors, had used Three Rivers and shared strong recommendations. The recommendations and high demand are easily understood when you take your walkthrough and get the final report.As we walked through, he collected some additional photos, a fraction of the bunch he must have taken during the hours he was there before meeting me. I’ve used Three Rivera E & I twice now and I promise you this is who you want for your home inspection needs. Russ is highly experienced and punctual. He dedicates all the time he needs to complete a thorough inspection and spends a great deal of time walking you through and calling out key items/answering any questions.Russ goes above and beyond to help you.
