Trying to spec an installation for a client. The sample happened to come from this store. The owner was completely useless and unhelpful in getting me the information I needed regarding her sample to properly specify, and thus warranty the exterior installation of the material. Don’t sell it if you don’t know enough about the materials you’re peddling.

Great Service and Selection! The tile and stone are some of the most unique I have seen. Definitely not your big box store items! They let me wander the showroom and help me make the correct choice for my project. I'm recommending them to everyone!!!!

This shop has lovely tile but a skeleton crew (who try to be helpful) - unfortunately, the owner has the final say and is responsible for the vibe of the store which I found tense and unwelcoming. I had wanted to borrow one tile overnight to try at home. I offered to leave a credit card or a cash payment but was told "no". Instead, I was offered a tile that looked nothing like the one I was interested in. Needless to say, as pretty as the items are at this store was I chose to shop elsewhere where the atmosphere was more inviting and the people were genuinely friendly.
