Founded more than 30 years ago by board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dominic Brandy, MD, The Skin Center was the first medical spa in the region. Today, The Skin Center has expanded to include three med spa locations in Pittsburgh – Mt. Lebanon, PA, Shadyside, PA and Wexford, PA and a nationally accredited, AAAHC surgical center as well as one location in Columbus, Ohio. The Skin Center is currently ranked as the #1 medical spa in Pennsylvania and Ohio. And, for three consecutive years we’ve earned the rank of “Top Ten” in the nation by Allergan, Inc. (the makers of Botox®). Not only are we a “Top Ten” medical spa; we also employ a dedicated national trainer for Allergan, Inc.
