I was struggling to find a psychiatric facility that would take my insurance. The staff here was so helpful and got back to me quickly and they were also able to escalate my appointment. I am very happy I found the nexus group.
My experiences for many years with my providers and staffs here are always top notch. Everyone is very attentive, patient, truly listening, and always personable. Life and work always demand more out of each of us; and I feel fortunate to have this team working with me and providing me with various coping skills to manage all these demands.
I love this place. I love the doc and I love the office in general. Spa-like atmosphere. I was impressed with my doc, she ordered labs to rule out other health concerns! I've never had that experience with a mental health provider in the past. Also the office gals are truly the best, I hear the kindness shining through the phones.
