They are a bunch liars and frauds, the pictures you see is not what it actually is, the dogs are not even allowed to play with toys and no one their trains or disiplines the dogs because they say it will hurt the dogs feelings, they get shoved into a room and forgotten about. Employees are treated unfairly also.
Our German Shepherd has had two stays at the dog stop. The first stay about when he was about 8 months old. No problems. We just picked him up today (7/8/23), and my dog could barely bark. It was basically a squeak that came out. Since the pup cams were down the entire time he was there, I could not see him. I dont know how long it takes to fix their camera system, but for us, it was 6 days that we did not see him. I texted The Dog Stop, inquiring about why my dog could not bark, and they said they didn't know. I was in need of some dog food and my regular place was closed. I Googled the dog food company and found out that Dog Stop carried the food. I headed over there as they are close. I pulled up and there was a group of people hanging out outside which I did not give much thought. I walked in and the place was empty. There was no one to be seen at all. I saw the brand food but they keep it behind the counter where customers can not go????. I waited about 10 minutes and finally a man and a woman walked in from outside.
