I am so glad that I tried StretchLab, because it was everything that I needed! I waited a few months to actually try it, mostly because I was busy. I had no idea how great it would be for me. There are positive benefits for anyone who comes here and they will help you focus on the things that you need and that are right for you. It is a very focused experience and while the stretches themselves can be moderate to intense, they continually work with you to make sure that you are never in pain or overdoing it. I love going here, and it's been a huge help with my flexibility. It's worth trying a couple of different people, as they have slightly different emphasis on the way they stretch you. Some of them have a physiology background (PT-in-training, etc), some have done a lot of dance, etc. Tyler has been fantastic for me, but find the person you work best with and stay with them for consistent results.My only complaint is that the membership system leaves a good bit to be desired.
