My son is a college student in Pittsburgh where his car broke down beyond worth repairing. I was helping coordinate what to do with the car from California. Chris worked with my son's class schedule and kept me informed on what was going on--better than my son! I appreciate his help and communication so very much!

Zack did a thorough job from his initial phone call saying he was on the way, to picking up my car on a flatbed, asking me if I needed anything, and then communicating with me after he dropped the car at the dealership.He was prompt, courteous, and professional.
