This place has so many amenities! You can find them up on the second floor through the front door facing vanadium road…And the owner is so kind and inviting. She offers a lot of cool classes and unique modalities. They have a salt room which is so beautiful. I went to a Gong Bath by Mike Tamburo here and it was absolutely magical!

Sterling Yoga is an incredible and wonderful place. The teachers are awesome! I always feel so good after taking a class. Sterling teaches with so much knowledge and great humor. Nicole is so calming and really cares about her students. Bryan is an excellent teacher. Frank is a fantastic teacher.
