Was there over 2 hours just to have child seen for symptoms of sore throat. Doctor was excellent and efficient BUT waiting in small, closed, very warm exam room breathing in germs for 45 minutes caused me to get sick. Sadly perfect incubation environment to get everyone else's germs. Still in bed 2 days later. I didn't go to the doctor to get sick!!! NO ventilation. Overcrowded. Everyone waited I bet 2 hours. No purifier air machine in any room. How do they pass health inspection!? Space too small and crowded. Should not schedule patients that close together just to sit and wait 2 hours!

Dear Dr. Twan’s wife, YOU SUCK! I called THREE TIMES yesterday morning because I needed an urgent refill on one of my medications. I stressed that I needed them immediately because I already ran out and was starting to experience withdrawals. She told me that the doctor was busy and that he would get back to me later. Nothing! They are closed today! I am still here without my medication!

How am I still being billed? My last appointment was 2/16/23. We paid the bill over the phone. It is now December 18th 2023. I am still receiving notice that I have a bill coming in the mail. Now I have to see what this is. Office opens at 830 but the phones are turned off still after 830. How long are you going to bill a family that left you in February who paid for every appointment already?
