This is my happy place! Amazing teachers and a welcoming community. Anyone looking to achieve their physical goals or improve their mental well-being should start here. 3-4x a week has been a life changing experience.

A friendly place with teachers who encourage you to listen to your body. The owner, Stacy, has exactly the kind of warm personality a yoga studio owner should have, and does a great job creating a welcoming environment. The studio is clean and well lit. The teachers include lighting adjustments and music well. The music is carefully chosen- not distracting. The 10 Class pass and the 20 class pass options make it budget- friendly. (Many studios don't even offer options like these.)ABOUT THE HEAT: If you're heat sensitive like me, I recommend skipping poses, or even entire sequences, and only do exactly WHAT YOU FEEL LIKE DOING, and not a single pose more. You may find that the heat starts to become a welcomed friend, instead of something to fight against.

I'm a huge fan! I've taken multiple classes at the peters township location, and the Dormont studio. Teachers are all completely different which makes for a variety of classes. Studio well maintained as well. New students have great $10 for 10 day special, and they also offer a few pay what you can classes throughout the week.
