About [solidcore]

[solidcore] is a Pilates-inspired studio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, offering a unique workout experience. The studio is known for its clean environment and excellent, incredible instructors who are motivating, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. The workouts, done on [sweatlana] reformers, are challenging yet rewarding and focus on slow and controlled movements to build strength, endurance, and definition. The instructors are helpful with technique and spring strength, making the classes feel personal and welcoming for beginners and advanced participants alike. Many have reported significant improvements in core strength, stability, and have found it to be an empowering, amazing fitness experience.

    The slow, controlled movements and constant time under tension make every exercise feel intentional and effective. I also love the variety of exercises and transitions, which kept the workout challenging without ever feeling repetitive.

    It’s super challenging and while it follows a format, there’s always new exercises and challenges. The coaches are super knowledgeable and encouraging and it’s been wonderful to slowly get better and have them help my technique immensely along the way. It’s also a wonderful and welcoming environment and I love it so much

    Great workout, exceptionally managed, and the coaches always provide a positive, welcoming energy. I was looking for a way to shake up my core exercise routine, and this provided a unique resistance training angle not like much else. Highly recommend.
