Every technician I have had were very efficient customer friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been with Schultheis Bros. for over 10 years because of the excellent service. Ben Wernert was my recent tech and he was all of the above.
Had them come out for a mutiple mini split system they very knowledgeable took the time to explain what i needed. They also have a great install team, very professional and friendly. I had many crews at my house over the years, and this one was one of the good ones. The way the two taught the youngest one was awesome. Nobody stood around, they cleaned up everything, and had a super quick lunch ( you just don't see that nowadays)!! I highly recommend and will use again!
When our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave, and it was determined that it couldn’t be repaired, we called schultheis. A salesman, tony came out. He was professional and courteous. He took time and answered all of our questions. After we were under contract, he bought two potable AC units we were able to use until the new system was installed. Two young workers, Tony and Austin installed our new system this week. They were great workers, very polite, professional and took care to be neat and clean. Overall schultheis was an easy company to work with that provided excellent customer service.
