I recently had a sport coat cleaned at Ruby’s. I forgot and left a small white dove pin on the lapel. The pin was given to me by my friend and reverend at my mom’s funeral a couple years back. I figured it was gone and chalked it up to my stupidity for not taking it off before I dropped it off to be cleaned. Well I pulled the coat out the other day to go to a funeral first time since I had it cleaned and while in the funeral home, I felt something in the pocket which turned out to be an envelope with my white dove in it. It made me smile!! Thanks Ruby’s for doing the right thing and making an otherwise not fun event a little better.

I would give this place a 5, however, their regular tailor is out in Russia and their part-time tailor name Maria doesn't work enough days. I have been waiting g for weeks for a tailor to be around. Maria though is super nice and so is everyone else.owner is a great guy.

I am the national chaplain for a Veterans group and have had exceptional service from this location. I have brought in items to be cleaned on short notice and they have been great. I have never had any issues with them and until this posting they have not known I was the national chaplain. I was just a standard customer. Treated courteous and promptly.
