Sam is incredible. I've been to several barbers and he's definitely the best in Pittsburgh and one of the best I've personally encountered in all of the cities I've lived.He's very detail-oriented, methodical, and precise. If you're looking for a great haircut worth every dollar, I wouldn't look further than here.
