I went for hormone replacement therapy (testosterone) and all the staff was very respectful and sensitive with questions. My appointment for the prescription took about an hour and a half total, including the checking in process. They also offered to do STI and pregnancy screenings as well since I was already there, which I accepted.

The biggest problem I think there is, is scheduling. I managed to snag an appointment a little over a month from my booking date, but there was only one available slot for HRT in the near future at the time. Don't let the people interrogating you outside discourage you from getting the care you need! The building is very secure which I appreciated. Once in the PP clinic, I felt safe and welcome. The staff was all very kind and kept me informed of delays, which I appreciated. The care I received was as expected. I was able to be seen and treated and given medications to help my condition. The only downside to this location is the parking situation since it's downtown, there isn't close parking. However, that is obviously not the businesses fault. Just a minor inconvenience. if you have to visit this clinic, make sure to allot for extra time finding parking and walking to the clinic.

I went to start my hormone therapy! The staff were extremely supportive upon my visit. They used my preferred pronouns, were very understanding of me, anf helped me at the appointment!
