Every time I at this location there are 4-5 people working in the front office. Oddly, 9 times out 10 that I call the office, no one picks up the phone. It’s d*** to me that a doctors office doesn’t have someone that can answer the phone every hour of the regular business day. Dentists offices with smaller staffs can handle this, why can’t a larger doctors office do this?

The doctors are good, but they overbook their appointments. I never get seen at my scheduled appointment time. There is always between 30 minutes and 60 minutes delay in getting seen. You might as well not schedule anything else for that day because you never know when you'll be seen.

The waiting time is ridiculous, appointment starts at 10, still not getting seen by 10:50.And when you trynna make a nurse visit appointment, they never pick up your phone or return your call.Have to find a new place.
