We had some waterproofing and downspout work done by these men and I can only say good things. It took me forever to make a decision to use them. I had over a dozen contractors and companies out over the past few months to give me some options. I liked Jay's solution the best and so far, it's been absolutely perfect.
We've had a decent amount of rain over the last few days and everything is dry and we no longer have water seeping in to the basement. They were able to bury the downspouts in the yard to take them to the back end of the yard away from the house to let divert all the water away. We went with another contractor, primarily because out drainage need made a better fit. HOWEVER, Pgh Drain guys, were very patient with explanations, and very responsive to the questions I had. The seemed very honest and pointed out potential issues with the final step of landscaping during this winter/wet season. Highly recommend pursuing them doing your work.

I used Pittsburgh Drain Guys over a year ago for water issues in my garage. I received quotes and solutions from several vendors and eventually ended up going with the Drain Guys because the person who came out to do the assessment was professional, patient, and I could tell that he did his due diligence to recommend a solution rather than just give me a cookie-cutter solution that some vendors give to all customers. The cost was very reasonable compared to competitors.All the other vendors were recommending that I do an interior french drain but these folks said to do an exterior french drain first which was definitely less invasive for my property.I waited over a year... read full review
