I'm originally from Maryland and am only here for school so I was really nervous on how physical therapist would be here and if I would enjoy it. For a little context, I've been to physical therapy on and off due to continuous injuries in high school so I was nervous on receiving new care from someplace new. To my surprise, I loved it more than back home!!! I received amazing care and motivation to continue therapy and have never been treated better. They have so much knowledge about the field that they are in and are quick to help and manage pain. Overall a 10/10 experience!!! Also they played good music so that is definitely a plus!! :)))))“

Mason and the DPT team. everyone cares about your care and well-being, calls are always returned and they ALWAYS follow up to check in on progress. It’s one thing to have the training, it’s another to take that training and implement it with passion and care.“

Jim and his team have a hands-on approach that really works. I have gone to other physical therapists for years, but I will never go anywhere else in the future.“

4543 McKnight Rd, Pittsburgh“I had an excellent experience working with Gordon at Square One! We were able to find a great recovery plan that allowed my injury to heal and then gradually ramp up the intensity, confirm I wasn't regressing, and eventually get me back to the level I used to be at. I highly recommend Square One Physical Therapy!“

993 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh“I was on the verge of substantial spinal surgery when someone suggested I see Ian Rufford. The excruciating pain I suffered over the previous 12 months went away within days, but more importantly, the underlying cause which has affected me for the past 25+ years was exposed and rehabilitated. I am now pain-free and back on the field playing football. I even attempted a (failed) scissor-kick - unthinkable prior to seeing Ian.
After seeing countless physios, massage therapists, chiros, orthopedists, and neuro-surgeons who did their very best and contributed to managing my pain in their own respective ways, it is a relief to finally make sense of what my body is actually doing, and have long-lasting and permanent rehabilitation. I couldn't be more grateful to Ian for his gift to me, as well as his warmth and scything humour.“

334 Freeport Rd, Pittsburgh“I have been going to Iron City PT for a few months. Dr. Kevin is a fine, compassionate and knowledgeable physical therapist. When I started going to him, I thought I was heading for knee replacements. At this point he has relieved most of the pain in my knees and has taught me some techniques and exercises to continue with the therapy. I highly recommend this young man!“

Competent staff.
More affordable than other places I've been to. They are not pushy or aggressive when it comes to follow ups, payment plans, or unnecessary treatment options. This will probably be my go to chiropractic from now on.“

They have not updated their site to indicate this.“
“Both the receptionist Kathy and Dr. Chris are extremely kind and compassionate. Though my case was complex, Dr. Chris was still willing to take me on as a patient. I had previously went elsewhere and the patient care was not even close to what it was here. They truly care about your health and well being.“
