We had Jesse and Chris install our furnace and A/C today, and we were VERY pleased with their efficiency, cleanliness, and professional demeanor. This is the third or fourth time we have used Pepper Mechanical, and we will use them again in the future. The guys answered all of our questions, and we are very happy with how this transaction and install went today. Thanks Brian, Michael, Jesse, and Chris! You guys do great work!
Our AC broke while we were in Europe and Pittsburgh was having a heat wave. Our house sitter didn't know what to do, but we called Pepper Mechanical and they were able to come out, diagnose, and fix the problem in an hour. The service was performed well, the price was totally reasonable, and the customer service was great.
