I have been bringing my kids here for 13+ years. My 2 month old has covid (diagnosed at children's urgent care). I caller to see if I can have a follow up for her (something you do with any other virus). The doctor told the nurse to tell me it's not necessary. Nevermind the fact I, her mother, requested to have one. They said if she has a hard time breathing or is dehydrated then they would need to see her. FTM and very pleased with this practice so far. All of the pediatricians have been knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Desai is our favorite so far but we haven't seen the gentleman yet. Office staff is friendly and scheduling has been a breeze. Convenient location to where we live and access is easy with it being on the first floor.

The doctor's and particularly 2 nurses in office are amazing! I have taken 3 kids to them for around 18 years. That being said, I actually work a triage line for a pediatric practice myself and I would NEVER speak to or treat people the way the nurse, Nadine, does. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never wanted to switch practices, but at this point I am highly considering going to my own place of employment as I know none of my coworkers treat people in this manner. I would never typically put something like this out here because we all have bad days but this is my 3rd terrible interaction with her.
