FTM and very pleased with this practice so far. All of the pediatricians have been knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Desai is our favorite so far but we haven't seen the gentleman yet. Office staff is friendly and scheduling has been a breeze. Convenient location to where we live and access is easy with it being on the first floor.

The doctor's and particularly 2 nurses in office are amazing! I have taken 3 kids to them for around 18 years. That being said, I actually work a triage line for a pediatric practice myself and I would NEVER speak to or treat people the way the nurse, Nadine, does. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never wanted to switch practices, but at this point I am highly considering going to my own place of employment as I know none of my coworkers treat people in this manner. I would never typically put something like this out here because we all have bad days but this is my 3rd terrible interaction with her. I felt the need to write a review after seeing the low ratings of a place that I have had nothing but good experiences with over the past 5 years. Both of my children have received great care from the friendly and helpful staff. I never feel rushed and every question and concern I've had has been answered. I highly recommend Pediatric Alliance in Greentree!
