I was referred by a current patient for dental service. I called and was told that it's been over a year since he has taken any new patients. I asked if I should call be monthly to see if he's accepting new patients, she said she had no idea what to do and that she didn't know if or when he might start up again. I asked if he would suggest other dentist in the area and she said no. I was really excited to see this doctor, but the kinda of 'offish' response I received made me kinda sad, because the reviews are/were awesome about the staff and doctor, so this surprised me. Oh well, I'll keep looking

The worst dental office I have ever visited in my 45 years of life. The problems cover such a wide range, it does not fit within a short review. Rude staff and extremely unilateral decisions (they canceled on me multiple times for no good reason and pushed back my appointment by 4-5 months without so much as an apology, but when I moved to a different city and did not go back to them, they sent me a bill for a no-show to an alleged cleaning appointment that they did not even sent a reminder for!). TLDR: the practice canceled an appt I made 6 months ago with 2 days notice. Next available openings are Sept. 2023.***Similar to another review: I made an appointment with Dr. Gleason back in November 2022. The soonest they had available was April 2023. I decided to make the appointment because my friend highly recommended this practice. 2 days before my scheduled appointment they called and left a voicemail simply stating that they had to cancel and that I should call to make a new appointment.
