So far so good. Was recommended this local business for carpeting and so far nothing but superb service. Waking into the showroom was greeted quick and assistance offered to shop at our leisure. Lots to choose from from carpeting to flooring. Up to now the service has been excellent, from being given a preliminary estimate and a visit by one of their specialists to measure the area in my home that's needs carpeting. I will update after the project is complete and be sure it's still a highly recommended "small" local business.

The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead 1 is that I liked our sales person. After picking up my order I called to ask a question about grout. No return call. I called a few days later to see how long it would take to order more mastic as there wasn't enough. No return call. I found it elsewhere. Again a few days later I called to order more mosaic because I was considering changing my design. No return call. My last call was to ask if I could return an UNopened bag of grout. They ordered too much. They said no. Once they have your money the customer service is gone. Spend your money elsewhere

I've used Flooring Design Unlimited several times in the last 5-6 years. First was a remodel of my old home, including hardwood on the main floor, tile in the kitchen and entryway and hallway, tile for backsplash and carpet for stairs.n. Last year I had them replace carpet in the three bedrooms and tile the shower. Great work. They also did all the flooring in our new home, hardwood, tile in 4 bathroom, backsplash tile, tile in master shower, carpet in the bedrooms and game room. So a decent amount of work. A few months after moving in, we noticed this gap in the hardwood. They sent someone out, he said he needed glue to fix and would be back in a few days and never came back. I started calling Jason Pape to see when someone could come out. Left him half a dozen voice mails, emailed him, no response for two months. Every time I called the store I was told he just ran out. Finally mentioned something to our builders, who said they'd call. By this time, we now have boards coming up, many separating, so lots of gaps throughout. Jason finally called back, sent a couple people out, who said it appeared they didn't nail the floor down like they were supposed to. Not sure yet if that means everywhere, or just in some areas. To fix, they ordered two boxes of flooring and quarter round. Three weeks later, a gentleman came out to fix it, but while we had the wood here, they didn't deliver the quarter round, so he left. It's been over three weeks, still no one has come out, and no calls. I called Jason a week ago and left a message, no response. I called the store Monday, and of course, he just stepped out, and I was promised he'd call me first thing Tuesday morning. Still no response. Until now, I've had zero complaints with their work. But we're going on 4-5 months of trying to get this fixed, and still can't get ahold of them. Update, we have finally had all flooring issues resolved.
