I needed a new toilet, I wanted a taller seated one and I needed it installed. OK Rotor Drain Cleaning came the same day that I called them and explained to them my service needs. Orlando was the plumber that serviced my request, and he was very professional, respectful, and friendly. He replaced my old toilet with a new, taller one. He cleaned the work area. He took away my old toilet, and I was very thankful for that. He did great work and very quickly. The price for the toilet and service was very reasonable. I am very pleased. If you want Professionalism, Expertise, Urgency, Flexibility, and a Reasonable quote, these are your guys.I recently had two emergency plumbing issues in my house: 1. My main stack was completely corroded and needed a replacement and 2. I smelled sewer gas coming into the house but could not identify where it was coming from.I made an online request around 10pm and got a text fromOrlando within one hour.
