Wow! I rented from these guys and not only was it the most reasonable places I've been rented the staff were the kindest people I've ever rented from. Very professional and always ready to help and help quickly. It was hard to not renew my lease. But I had to move back to Minnesota

Responsive, considerate, reasonable rental agency. We rented from them for a year.

The property was lovely and in very good shape overall. It was an older house, but they'd remodeled and besides the plaster walls and narrow driveway we never had any issues. The layout, location, appliances, etc were all amazing.

Maintenance was fast and thorough. Every single time we had an issue we could count on them to fix it and to fix it FAST. And we never got unannounced visits, they always gave plenty of warning.

I enjoyed working with them and I loved living in that rental. We'd have stayed much longer if I hadn't needed to move for work.

I have had a wonderful experience with Ppm realty. They have provided me with an awesome apartment, optimal maintenance that comes by at all hours of the day. I always have my lawn taken care of very quickly and consistently. Katie, in account services, has been super nice and answers any questions/concerns I have in a very timely manner. I will for sure try to find a house through Ppm in the near future. They have been wonderful!
