Cody came to fix a leaking toilet that 2 previous plumbers didn’t. He did a fantastic job and explained why it had been leaking, the first plumber evidently didn’t correct the flange problem, and the second one told me it looked “weird”, just put in a new wax ring, and left it leaking, again. Take my advice, for anything from moving a downspout, to cleaning gutters, to plumbing, call Mr. Handyman.
